    If you create an account, authentication is handled securely through Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password directly.

    All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment details (such as card numbers).

    d. Order Information

    • Items ordered

    • Transaction details (non-sensitive)

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:

    • Process and fulfill orders

    • Communicate order status

    • Maintain your account and order history

    By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Use of the App

    The App allows users to:

    • Browse menu items

    • Place food orders

    • Make payments for orders

    • Manage account information

    You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

    3. Accounts

    a. Account Creation

    You may create an account by providing:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    Account authentication is handled through Firebase.

    b. Account Responsibility

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

    • All activity under your account

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

    4. Orders

    a. Order Acceptance

    All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by the restaurant.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse or cancel orders

    • Limit quantities

    • Modify menu availability

    b. Accuracy

    You are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate order details

    • Verifying your order before submission

    We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

    5. Payments

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    • We do not store your full payment information

    • You agree to provide valid payment details

    • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order

    6. Refunds & Cancellations

    a. Refund Policy

    All refunds are handled directly by the restaurant, not through the App.

    Refunds may be issued at the restaurant’s discretion for:

    • Incorrect orders

    • Order issues

    • Other valid concerns

    b. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, you must contact the restaurant directly:

    • Phone or in-person contact is required

    The App does not provide automated refund processing.

    7. Order Issues

    If you experience issues such as:

    • Incorrect items

    • Missing items

    • Delays

    You must contact the restaurant directly for resolution.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Food quality

    • Preparation errors

    • Delivery or pickup delays

    8. Account Deletion

    You may delete your account at any time by:

    • Using the in-app account deletion feature

    Upon deletion:

    • Your account and associated personal data will be removed, subject to legal obligations

    9. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to:

    • Use the App for fraudulent transactions

    • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App

    • Misuse payment systems

    • Impersonate another person

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

    10. Intellectual Property

    All content in the App, including:

    • Logos

    • Branding

    • Text and design

    is owned by Izumi Steakhouse LLC and may not be used without permission.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

    We do not guarantee:

    • Error-free operation

    • Continuous availability

    • That all information is accurate or complete

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Izumi Steakhouse LLC is not liable for:

    • Indirect or incidental damages

    • Loss of data or profits

    • Issues related to food quality or preparation

    • Payment processing errors handled by Stripe

    Your use of the App is at your own risk.

    13. Third-Party Services
